• User responsibility. You are responsible for any actions taken.

4. Equipment Safety

5. User Accounts and Access

Staff Users

Staff access the Service using a join code provided by their manager.

Managers and Administrators

Managers are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under their accounts.

6. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service lawfully
• Do not bypass safety features
• Do not reverse-engineer AI systems
• Do not share credentials
• Do not generate spam or fraud
• Do not disrupt the Service

7. Payment Terms

• Monthly or annual billing
• Fees exclude VAT unless stated
• 30 days notice for pricing changes
• Non-payment may suspend access

8. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality are owned by Caterbot Maintain Ltd.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Service provided “as is”
• No guarantee of availability
• No liability for indirect losses
• Liability capped at fees paid in last 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Caterbot Maintain Ltd against claims arising from misuse of the Service.

11. Service Availability

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or external factors.

12. Termination

We may terminate access for breaches or harmful conduct. You may terminate at any time.
